Paving the Road With Good Intentions

Nope, not hoping to end up here! Too toasty even on a cold January night.

My intentions for the New Year are few: 
practice kindness
 (always possible to paraphrase the Dalai Lama), 
bed by 11 pm, exercise most days, reading books I love.

You are so prolific these days. I'm enjoying reading the stories. Good luck with your resolutions this year. The hey seem doable... Other than the exercising. That is what I have trouble with.

Insomniac's Attic, Good for you. I heard the hours before midnight are most beneficial. My ideal sleep schedule would be 9 to 5 overnight. Movies and police procedurals are my evening downfall.

Jessica, Unspoken intention was to do something creative everyday. ;-)
I don't like exercising per se, but like the warm buzzy feeling after.
